  • Exposure Review and Expert Walkthroughs

Our services provide data intelligence, exposure signals, and governance-layer documentation.

2. Critical Service Definition (Limitation of Scope)

Esther.ai DOES NOT:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Provide compliance certification or guarantees
  • Perform remediation or implementation
  • Act as a law firm or legal representative

All outputs are informational and analytical in nature and must be interpreted by qualified professionals where appropriate.

This distinction is fundamental to your architecture and positioning.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use the services on behalf of a business or organization (if applicable)
  • Have authority to bind that entity

4. Account and Access

You agree to:

7. Fees and Payment

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription services renew as agreed

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, methodologies, and outputs are owned by Esther.ai.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports for internal business purposes.

You may NOT:

  • Resell reports
  • Republish reports without permission
  • Represent reports as third-party certified outputs

9. Data Usage and Boundaries

You acknowledge:

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Esther.ai shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Legal claims arising from accessibility or compliance issues

Our total liability shall NOT exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esther.ai from claims arising out of:

  • Misrepresentation of outputs
  • Violation of applicable laws

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
